  Beautiful Kitchen Remodel Thanks to Wholesale Flooring and Granite! Y wife and I had an amazing experience with Wholesale Flooring and Granite during our kitchen remodel! From the moment I walked in, Mike and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find the perfect materials for my space. They offered a fantastic selection of countertops and informed us about the differences between man made stones and natural stones. Mike went out his way in making changes to the scheduled installation so the job would be completed before family came to visit. The installation team was professional and detail-oriented. Our kitchen looks absolutely stunning! The quartz countertops and backsplash are beautiful and flawless. I highly recommend Wholesale Flooring and Granite to anyone planning a kitchen remodel. Their quality and service are superb.They truly care about making sure their customers are happy with the final result.

  John , it was a pleasure to work with you and your crew. Highly professional as well. Our outdoor kitchen floor was painted and flaking. Not sure what we wanted to do but found out about Garage Experts from friends that had their shop floors done. We looked at theirs and we were sold. Best move we made, the floor is awesome. I will recommend to anyone looking to have their shop, garage or outdoor cooking area floor done. Very satisfied, Thanks John

  If anyone wants to buy from this retailer, all I can say is "Buyer Beware!" This is absolutely, bar none, the worst customer service in the city. I refuse to beg anyone to take my business. I wanted a price check on materials for a shower remodel, including tile and marble. I also wanted a price check on flooring for 1200 sq. ft. I, first, asked Jennifer via e-mail to order some samples for me. She verified receipt of the e-mail request. That is the last communication I had from her. Next, I called and left no less than 4 messages for someone to call me and give me some prices. No returned phone call. Lastly, I called and spoke to Leonard. I told him that I had a very large order due to our house flooding and wanted to check prices. I also told him that if he was involved in something, he could take my name and number and call me back. He told me that he would call back in 15 minutes. As of writing this post, his "15 minutes" has turned into 28 hours without a return phone call. Therefore, STAY AWAY from these people. They also do not take back returns. There are better places to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not appreciate your business and, obviously, don't need your money.

  We were changing the floor in the whole house & had selected a wood look tile. It was not a cheap job. The customer service was great at that time. When it was installed, there was a problem with the grout color. We called & they were going to come out & fix it. We called & my husband stopped by continuously, only to be given the run around. After 3 months, I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, googled how to fix & did it myself. My suggestion would be to use them, only if you're prepared to finish the job.

  Per the recommendation of a friend we decided to purchase our flooring from this store. We went in, talked with Mike, who was very friendly and informative. With the price range that we were looking for he recommended that we buy cabin grade flooring, with the understanding that there was no warranty. We asked about returns - we were told that as long as the boxes were unopened, they could be returned. After installation, we had 7 boxes leftover. When my fiance went to return these unopened boxes, he said they could not be returned without a receipt. When I called, Mike (who had previously been very nice), was rude and completely unprofessional on the phone. He then changed his story, saying if we had the receipt they still could not be returned and claimed this was told to us when we purchased the floors, which is not true. So now we're out almost $500 and have 7 boxes of flooring left (when we had bought less than their recommended amount to begin with). Good luck getting help after they already have your money.
