Mason was out of the office so D'Vante did "Excellent" job ensuring the work met Baton Rouge permit standards. He labeled the electrical panel and installed the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. By doing so, the Permit Officer praised D'Vante work and approved the permit. - After waiting almost 36 hours for Entergy Electrical company to come restore my electricity, an Entergy truck passed by my house around noon on day 2. D'Vante followed the Entergy truck and convinced the technician to turn around and turn on my electricity. Entergy technician appreciated D'Vante notifying him of the need for support. Entergy technician apologized for the wait and quickly restored our electricity services. - D'Vante cleans up after completing jobs and is extremely courteous. My mom, 89 years old, was very pleased and appreciated is politeness and neatness displayed. Persistence: - Alexis overcame scheduling misunderstandings and continued to work with/scheduled Baton Rouge Permit Office inspection for the initial and follow-up inspections. - Whenever I called with a concern Alexis quickly and professionally resolved the issue. - Alexis also kept me informed.
