  Cameron was very courteous and professional. Arrive in a timely manner. He explained everything he needed to get done to get the air conditioning unit running. Also, offered a maintenance plan to get services done on a routine maintenance schedule. Very pleased with the service rendered today.

  I had same day service when I needed it the most. After requesting an appointment, Mark was on the phone with me within an hour and was soon at my door. They were up front with the service and costs associated with the repairs, and completed it in a timely manner. Answered any and all questions I had, and now I have water in my house again. Highly recommend Mark and Accutemp in the future for any emergency you may have.

  Both men that worked on my repairs were very professional, knowledgeable,thorough and explained what and why repairs were needed to my understanding. They were not pushy and encouraged questions. They showed me the part that was removed and replaced, showed me the actual condition of the AC and need for maintenance. I did sign on to the preventive maintenance program which I think is a good value and a way of safely keeping my home operating at its best. Both men were great in my book and are certainly a reflection of the efficiency I experienced with ACCUTEMP. Thank-you
