    We called AccuTemp about water in our flower bed from the overflow pipe. AccuTemp sent a technician in less than 2 hours to our house. The technician, Mark was professional and knew right away what was wrong. One of our water heaters had bursted. He took his time locating the problem and explain to us in detail what happened. He offer us two solutions to the problem. We decided to switch to a tankless water heater for the entire house. We would like to thank Mark for his professionalism and a commitment to solving the issue and setting up our appointment for installation of the water heater.

    Luke Mahan was extremely professional. He told us what was wrong, what was violating code, and our choices to proceed. He showed up quickly, took his time diagnosing everything, helped us decide the best options, and helped make an appointment for us to talk with the a/c sales person. He did not talk down to us and took time to answer all questions.

    Briyden Spillers completed the maintenance on my HVAC system in a timely and very thorough manner. He was very explicit in his explanations of the maintenance he completed. The information he offered was very easy to understand which made it evident he is knowledgeable about his line of work. His professionalism and manners were very welcoming in today's world. I highly recommend him and will personally request him for my maintenance in the future.

    I have had accutempt services since it was Central heating and Air conditioning. There is absolutely no other company I would trust! They actually cover my hvac, and my whole home generator. They just left from servicing my generator (annual), and it was super quick! The technician was so polite and even put the gate back around my generator and I did not have to. I highly recommend them, and they are above par for this type of work.

    Technician Dajohn Morris came out and basically made the same diagnosis as what I suspected to be the problem before calling AccuTemp. He seemed to be a bit perplexed by the fact the air handler used an ECM fan motor. He attempted to look up the serial number of the air handler (unbranded Johnson Controls EBE15A) to determine the warranty status but was unable to get any results from his web search. It was late on a Friday afternoon (3/20/2026) so he told me he would follow up on Monday with the warranty status of the unit. This didn't happen. In the interim, I found out via the serial number that the unit was no longer under warranty. Tuesday 3/24/2026 afternoon I called AccuTemp back to find out what was happening. At this point I had already secured someone else to replace the fan motor. I paid a $109.00 fee for the diagnosis that he told me would be applied to the repair. I was never given that option as there was no follow-up. The technician seemed to be in a hurry to leave my house, and I suspected at that time I would not hear back from him at all. I wouldn't have even left this review if the follow up on Monday 3/26/2026 had occurred, even if I chose not to initiate the repair. This is poor business practice, IMO. I think at least a partial refund of the $109.00 would be in order. NOTE: My real name does not appear on my google account, but rest assured this is a legitimate complaint. I wouldn't waste my time on it otherwise. FOLLOW UP: I was contacted by a manager who acknowledged that AccuTemp dropped the ball on this transaction and refunded the full $109.00 fee to my bank account. I have updated the Star Rating to 4 stars, and feel like this is the best solution that could happen under the circumstances. Thanks.
