Luke Jr., the owner sent his no.1 salesman Allen to call on me and my wife. He turned out to be Luke's best friend. Allen was very nice, polite and knowledgeable about window world. There was no pressure, just polite conversation with information. We agreed on the price, which we felt was very fair based on other estimates we had received. After paying half down, the order for the windows was placed. When the windows were to arrive, Diane, Luke's aunt I think, called and informed us they were in and we agreed on an installation date. The installers were so professional and courteous that we felt very confident in their ability to do a great job. We were not disappointed, they cleaned as they went about the installations and then cleaned up just prior to leaving. While they were working Allen showed up to check on the job and their progress. Again, it turned out the installers were Allen's father and brother, they were meticulous. They spent all the time necessary to perform their work thoroughly and give us a complete explanation on how our new windows, which are great, worked. If we were allowed to give stars for the company, windows and the installers, they would all receive 10 stars and lots of A pluses. Thank you Luke, Allen, Diane, Merle and Justin for a pleasant experience and a great job. This type of customer service is sadly very rare these days, these folks do it the way it should be done.
