- CNCalvin NeillDec 11, 20255.0I had the pleasure of renting some equipment that was needed for a job. Mr Evan was my sales rep and took excellent care of what I needed and helped me get the job done.
- ELEric LordAug 2, 20195.0I Rented a mini excavator from United Rentals for a week which cost around $1,000. I just happened to pick a week where on Monday, we got >10 inches of rain in about 4 hours. Everything is totally flooded including the hole I started digging. I called United Rentals to see if they would be flexible and let me keep the machine through the following weekend. The machine is due back on Friday at 4:00 PM, they close at 5:00 and are closed all weekend, so there is no chance they would be able to rent the machine back out for the weekend. The manager called me back and told me that "while we do not normally do this for rain days, we will extend your rental and let you keep the machine through the weekend - since we do not have it rented back out." Thank you United Rentals for a great customer experience! Being flexible and using common sense has earned you my future business. I was worried that I would end up paying $1,000 for basically 1 day of use - 7 hours, but thanks to the Alexandria team, I will get full use out of my rental.
