- BPBill PalmerOct 28, 20221.00 stars! I’ve ordered parts multiple times from H&E in Alexandria and have NEVER had a positive experience with them. Either have received the wrong parts or if they did actually come in, NEVER on the day promised. I always provided the machine model and serial numbers so how do I receive the wrong parts? Called to verify that the order were in, the parts guy checked and assured me that they were at the store, so I drove 1-1/2 hrs. Guess what, parts were not there! I’m done with this place. Looking for a competent parts place if anyone can make a recommendation.
