  Landon came out and addressed the issue that our unit had with expertise. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue relatively quick. Our unit has run very well since. He was professional and courteous. Overall, great experience.

  These guys are great, they installed my generator and perform the maintenance every year. Several people in my community have generators that were installed by other contractors and they always have problems.

  I recently contacted Bigfoot for an electrical issue and have been very pleased with the service so far. They came out promptly and performed a thorough diagnostic check to identify the problem. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. I appreciated the honesty and straightforward communication throughout the visit.

  I finally decided that I wanted to get a 26KW whole house generator, but I'm relatively new to the Alexandria area so I really didn't know who I could call and completely trust with this project.. but after getting several bids and reading ton's of reviews, I decided to go with Bigfoot Electric and I am so glad I did...First of all, everyone I dealt with at Bigfoot, from the ladies in the office to the owner Keith Lasyone, to Kade the lead installer, everyone was so nice and helpful. But the real proof in the pudding was the installation. This is no " do it yourself " job folks. This installation took Kade and his crew 2 full days from start to finish. Kade was meticulous in every aspect of the installation.. there were a few obstacles to overcome, but Kade took care of everything, and when he and the guys finished up, we couldn't have been any happier. The installation was clean and professional... When all was said and done Bigfoot gave me the best price for what I consider to be an outstanding whole house generator, and their installation is 2nd to none.. so I will end by saying if you're in the market for a generator, just give bigfoot a call.... I highly recommend them.. A few pictures below so you can see what a great job they did.
