He had worked on our system before for a different plumber. He diagnosed the problem thoroughly and found a bad float. He had the parts on the truck and tested the whole system multiple times before he left. He also fixed it pretty quick and explained the whole process. Also the price was way less than I anticipated. 5 stars for Ron and DBS.

When the deck plate was not flush with the sink, he showed me the issue and explained why the deck plate was not flush. Fortunately, I had purchased 2 faucets and he was able to install the other faucet. I appreciated Ron’s honesty in describing the problem with the deck plate and his insight on his recommendations to try the other faucet. Sincerely, Kathy Turner
