  I called and made an appt for an estimate for 3 shower doors on a new build. I told them to let me know when they arrived and gave them our number. (I lived next door.) I had taken the day off work waiting for him so I could discuss the doors and estimate. The guy came out, did not call, entered our house without us being there and took measurements. I found out literally 2 minutes after he left he had been here and immediately called their office, the lady said she would call him. He never returned to speak with me. The lady was apologetic and said the company had been in business for years and did good work. However, I told them to forget the estimate because if I could not depend on them to let me know when they were on my property/home for an estimate I could not count on them for doing good work.

  Horrible at returning messages, horrible at follow up, paid cash and got a defective windshield, was supposed to be called with a time to bring it by, 1 year later, still the same defective window, no follow up. Called multiple times early on , no answer , no call back. I hardly ever complain but I spread the word when wrong is wrong and right is right.
