  Expanded a driveway, fixed a sinking walkway/steps, and added additional steps at my residence. Met at my house when promised, provided a detailed estimate when promised, had a little bit of back and forth to finally nail down a start date but the work was done quickly and professionally, including a few last minute changes courtesy of some requests from my wife. Last minute requests including removing some shrubs, and they also provided fill dirt to level out the cavity where the roots were and help put our porch back on the ground. Looks good and was a fair price. Thanks!

  I had a great experience with this company! Chris, the owner, was so nice and took the time to answer all my questions. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. The work turned out great, and the whole crew was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

  Extremely unprofessional business practices from the owner Chris Cohorn. Agreed to a proposal for drainage and grading work with a clearly communicated project completion time. Chris promised that everything was good and I was on the schedule. Chris promised on multiple occasions over the next several weeks to provide the scheduled start date, and never did so. The agreed upon start date has now passed and I've been completely ghosted by Chris, refusing to answer all calls or return voicemails. This is not how reputable businesses operate, and no customer should be treated this way. Learn from my mistake and stay far away from Cohorn Concrete LLC. Chris, In your own words below you said you would follow up in 2 weeks after our conversation on May 15th. Those 2 weeks have passed, why did you never follow up? Why have you ignored all calls and voicemails when I tried to follow up? Even prior to our conversation on May 15th, why did I have to contact your business parter expressing concern because you were ignoring my calls then? Only after contacting your business partner did you return my call on May 15th. In your response why did you not comment on the fact that you've completely ghosted me and ignored all calls and voicemails since May 15th? You claim you take pride in maintaining clear and honest communication, isn't the best and easiest thing to do is pick up the phone and return a customer's call? Actions speak louder than words, and your actions show clear intent to leave a customer out to dry. These are not the actions of a business with integrity.

  Chris and his crew did an excellent job on replacing and expanding my driveway. Great experience from start to finish.

  Chris and his crew were great. From first contact to end of project everything went as smooth as possible. Their attention to detail and quality of work is top notch. If I ever need another concrete project poured I ll be contacting y'all again! Thanks!
