  DuPont was a life saver when our water heater went out recently. We called in the morning and we had hot water by 4 PM! Cameron and Aidan were professional, courteous and quick, but thorough, when installing & removing our water heater. Cameron went above and beyond and reviewed our previous unit’s warranty info, which was a huge help. We also used them a few year ago (for a sump pump battery backup install) and will definitely use them again in the future!

  They use high quality parts, don’t cut corners, and do what they say when they say it. I always think their rates are very fair and honest. DuPont still solders their copper joints like the old school way - most modern plumbers don’t. I’ll never use another plumber!

  This business is a joke. I had them come out for a possible plumbing leak in two locations and he "couldn't find anything". So with no resolution and a new hole in my wall, I was still charged over $200. I asked to speak with a manager and was never contacted back. The receptionist said they would refund me $50 and send out a "more experienced plumber" in which I declined and never received the refund. Very poor customer service.

  Dupont Plumbing was a lifesaver! It was discovered that I had an underground water leak. Anthony came out and discussed all options with the best (and most logical) being replacing the original 100+ year old galvanized steel main with a new line. The severity of the leak required water to be shut off to the house until the repair was made. Under these conditions, Dupont made my work a priority on their schedule. Anthony and his crew were efficient, friendly, professional, and concerned about my situation. They took the path of least resistance doing the minimal amount of damage to landscaping to install the line. Good news - Water was restored to my house the same day of the job! I hope I never have to experience this again but if I do, DUPONT will 100% be the company I call. BONUS: after all this, I learned that many of my NKY friends and their families (generations!) have used Dupont for big and small jobs over jobs with the same positive experience.
