- EFEmily FerrellDec 25, 20251.0I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. We had a white vinyl privacy fence put up around our backyard. Easy job, we had a fairly small yard. It took them from July- November to get it completely done which is RIDICULOUS. I was the one constantly reaching out to check on progress, when parts were coming in, etc. Their communication is ATROCIOUS (which I have also seen from other reviews). Now, I will say that the outside contractors that they hired to actually install the fence were great, our fence looks good. However, if at all possible, find out who they contract out to do the fence and just contact them directly. (edit: I did take this part out) I also told multiple people in this company how upset I was about this entire process and had multiple long phone calls trying to come to a conclusion on how to make things right. All they did was blame everything on Lowe’s, or someone else in the office, and never took responsibility for their actions and lack of professionalism or communication. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here cause I sure wish I didn’t :).
