- KHKerrie H2 days ago1.0We trusted Dauenhauer when they said our HVAC needed over $1000 of repairs/parts. They assured us it would work for years. Less than a year later they said the unit needed to be replaced. The new $15,000+ unit did not work after installing and they tried to replace parts on the new unit. There was zero communication with us and management. We had guys working until after midnight annd were without heat for a week in 3 degree weather. After three days of attempting to set up a faulty unit, we demanded a replacement. We asked for some kind of discount because it was obvious we had been lied to about our old unit and the condition of the new unit. They said at best they could take off $500. We have tried contacting someone since December 26,2025 and no one has responded to us. We have been told they’re waiting to get it cleared etc. and they will call us. No call, just more waiting and more dishonesty. We plan to contact the BBB. Truly disappointed in the dishonesty of this company.

- CPChris PereiraDec 27, 20255.0We have a 2 year old Rheem hot water system. The burner would come on and shutdown because it was ovwrheating. We called Dauenhauer. David came out that day and diagnosed the problem. As the unit was under warranty, David called Rheem and arranged for the replacemnt parts to be shipped directly to our home. When we called Dauenhauer to let them know the parts had arrived they scheduled David to come out the next morning. We now have hot water again thanks to the great, courtious and profressional service that David and the rest of the Dauenhauer team provided. We were so impressed with David we signed up for the VIP program and have made Dauenhauer our go to for our mainenance and repair needs. Thank you David for the great work. You are a true professional.
