We have been blessed with outstanding customer service, and a team that truly works hard and fast when it matters most. It seems like anytime the weather decides to show herself, our HVAC has struggled these last couple of years. This past summer, during the hottest week of the year, our AC went out. Dillon and his team came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part, and even while it was on order, they kept us informed every step of the way and fixed it as fast as they possibly could. Fast forward to this week—the coldest week of the year, with inches of snow on the ground—and I kept smelling gas when the heat shut off. Dillon’s crew came out the very next morning and discovered our furnace had a crack. They were able to replace our furnace **the same day**. I am so thankful I trusted my gut and called when I did. Knowing they were able to take care of everything so quickly gave me such peace of mind. I cannot recommend **A & D HVAC** enough for any HVAC needs. Reliable, responsive, and truly caring people—you don’t find that often! 👏👏
