  I was so shocked and outraged by the way I was treated by the man who serviced my house. I've used this company for 3-4 years, and have always been pleased; however, this year, the gentleman whom I always request, Joseph, was not available, he truly is a gentleman, and the man they sent did not know what he was doing, could not light the pilot-light, and would not answer my worried questions. He insinuated that I was at fault for a sooty thermocouple, and at the end, shouted at me when I questioned him as I was signing the receipt. I was frightened and angered and told him to get out of my house. I reached out to the supervisor to complain, left 2 messages, and I still have not heard back from Triangle. I was shocked and saddened by the complete indifference.
