- TGTyler GalbraithMar 22, 20241.0DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HVAC ISSUES!!! Between their techs not knowing how to troubleshoot a hvac system correctly, Alyssa and Jason not communicating on what the bill amount should be and then acting as if it was never discussed. Another issue you will run into is that they will not send out an invoice, will not communicate with you and just surprise you with a bill expecting payment by the end of the month, otherwise it's off to collections. I'm not sure if the owner is aware of the communication and how the techs are, but I would advise anyone in the area to avoid this company at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
