They sent a 3 man crew to accomplish our installation. All clean cut polite respectable young men who were very knowledgeable. They sorta reminded me of some of the guys on the TV show "Duck Dynasty!" They used some pretty high tech equipment to measure and configure the oddball shapes of our base cabinetry. The gentleman doing the measuring was a Army Veteran and answered all our question, and gave me a list of hints on how to prepare for the installation process. The three young men who did the install paid close attention to the detail of their work. Thanks Unique! Want to let you know you got some very good employees representing your company! Highly recommend this company to anyone considering stone countertops! Ours look beautiful, made my wife happy......

We did pretty extensive research around the tri-state area and talked with several granite suppliers & installers. Unique Granite was by far the best company to deal with. Rick and his team had great pricing, and actually explained how their pricing worked - related to the number of seams in the new counter tops. Their install crews were top notch and explained everything and answered any questions. We had a seam pop loose and they were there to repair it within 12 hours of me calling. Would HIGHLY recommend them, and will be doing so for any of our friends or family looking for high-end counter tops. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and having the certainty that they stand behind their products and craftsmanship.

For daily maintenance, we suggest using a spray bottle filled with a mixture of water and a small amount of Dawn dish soap. Alternatively, you can use a pH-balanced cleaner specifically designed for natural stone. There are also several stone-safe disinfectant cleaners available in the market.
Is my countertop sealed and how often do I need to seal them?
Your countertop is sealed prior to project completion. However, some stones may require additional sealing over time. The frequency of resealing depends on the stone type and the cleaning products used. If water darkens your countertop, it's time to reseal. The resealing process is straightforward and involves simply wiping the sealant on and off.
If natural stone is so "indestructible" why can't I use regular cleaners?
