  I have had many windows replaced by this great company. I had 18 windows replaced in my previous house. They came in one day and had all of the windows replaced everything cleaned up. I have had 8 windows replaced in my current house, Again they came on time, the installers are great guys they work very clean, and do great work installing and covering the edges. I love my new windows and the peace of mind they are warranted for life. I highly recommend window world for your window needs.

  Window World of Nicholasville replaced my back doors with a sliding glass door unit and did a wonderful job. The technician was polite and friendly. He cleaned up well after the install and had plastic laid on my floors during the install. I am very pleased with the quality and the whole experinece.

  Taylor and Kyle came yesterday to install our new windows and we are obsessed with them! This is our 10th year in our home and it’s 25th year, we had 10 windows replaced and for the first time slept with the windows open! Only 4 of them previously opened at all. One window had an incorrect measurement but Taylor called and got a new one ordered and the process required nothing extra from me. They cleaned up after and accommodated us moving our dogs around from room to room. Tim previously helped me in 2024 with an estimate and was helpful again when we were finally able to get them! We financed through their Wells Fargo card and 18 months interest free is hard to beat! So very thankful for spring mornings with the windows open! Thank you all!

  I have had a great experience with Window World from the initial contact to the installation of our new windows. We price shopped with other companies last year and they came out to show us their product and explain their warranties. We found their prices way out of our budget. I contacted Window World back in January 2026 and Russ reached out and offered to send me a video they have of their product and how they work. Personally, I loved that I was able to see their product before I scheduled any appointments. It was easy to pull up and watch the video, and everything was spelled out very clearly. I had a follow-up call with Russ and after giving him a count of the windows we wanted to replace, he sent me a quote for the cost of the job. It was the cheapest quote we received and after reading the many good reviews of their company, we selected Window World. Russ came out and took measurements of the windows, gave us the timeline of the next steps and we gave him a deposit. The windows came in as expected and we scheduled the installation at our convenience. Taylor and Kyle (hope I have their names spelled correctly), arrived on time, both were pleasant, professional and very good at their job. Since we replaced 11 windows, it was an all-day event. Their attention to details was amazing and they answered any question I had along the way. It was such a good experience that I wanted to share my experience. I highly recommend this company!

  We were looking to replace the majority of our windows in our home that appeared to be original to when the house was built. We ended up getting 7 out of 8 windows replaced and they did a great job! Starting with the consultation, we had a great experience with the representative who came out to our house and was very honest about the process, costs, expectations, and the specs for the different windows. He was extremely thorough with us and really listened to what we were looking for and we didn't feel pressured one way or another. We were not familiar with double-hung windows and he took the time to explain what the pros and cons of them compared to single-hung windows. Other individuals did not take the time to explain this information to us and I really appreciated that. The windows ended up being done earlier than expected, and they got us on the calendar really quickly. The install went very well (professional and courteous) and they explained how the windows worked. They were short one screen for our window which they then came back out a few weeks later and installed. Windows are great quality and have made a huge difference.
