In June they asked for my deposit and to fill out paperwork for digging with the city. After doing this they asked again for both things a week later. I should’ve known then something was up. I waited and waited as they said they were backed up. Okay I thought. Then mid July hit and Ellis kept making excuses. They finally started work July 28th and I had to have them come back out because it wasn’t level! The job still wasn’t completed as the gate wasn’t done. I was told it was going to the Powdercoater. One month later it’s late August and it’s still at the Powdercoater supposedly and they still won’t come install. Then the gate gets installed and it’s half complete. Do not trust this company. They are not professional in any way shape or form.
