Dean was able to see things in my home that I otherwise would have missed completely. He went up and beyond his title .ETC is not only a wonderful company. They are wonderful human beings. After he finished the job, he made time for us before heading back to Lexington. He even waited when I couldn’t be available as soon as he. When he was in my home, he patiently and confidently explained things, setting me at ease any time my worry would seep in. I would highly recommend ETC and highly highly recommend Dean. I’m so thankful he was in my town and that he has such a heart for helping others.
