- CWCharlene WilsonAug 28, 20255.0I have had 2 different awnings installed by Lexington Tent & Awning over the years and both times everything went very smooth. Then when I needed to get my roof replaced, I contacted them in regard to taking the awning off and putting it back after the roof was done. They came and took the awning down, even kept it at their facility until I was ready to have it put back on. Then the problems raised their ugly head. The roofers didn't do what I had asked in regard to leaving the bolts in the roof and putting the shingles around it. When Chris and BJ came to put the awning back on, they found that the bolts had been hammered off at the roof line. Chris and BJ went above and beyond to get the awning re-installed. They helped me contact the roofers and had them come back out to my house so everything could be fixed and the awning re-installed. Would highly recommend these guys if you are looking to purchase an awning. It's truly a family business that believes in doing things right for the customer
