  Had my windows for a while before I had an issue so it was a relief to know that they were still in business. Made a call was informed of turnover time ( few weeks) all good no worries and that’s exactly how it went, after a few weeks our window arrived and a date for installation was set . Cassy called that morning letting us know he was a few min away and was in and out in no time . Cassy was curious and professional and actually took care of a couple other minor window issues we had put off which we really appreciate . Thanks again Tens across the board .

  I’m not so happy with Window world they were very fast to come to my house to give me a quote and collect a percentage of the total amount at front, Brendan Tisdale was the person who came and he was very polite and kind he even gave me a 5% military discount just because he noticed my 2 boys pictures serving in the US NAVY, and overall everyone has been polite but the time frame to get my windows replaced has been nothing more than ridiculous Nov 12 2025 is when they scheduled my replacement and is now January 15 2026 and they still haven’t got my windows replaced, I’m pretty this is a good company base on the other reviews I have been reading so I need a good explanation why I have been treated differently. Look forward to hearing from them.

  We used Window World recently to replace all the windows in our house and I could not recommend them enough! To start, we quoted out 5 different companies and it was a tedious experience. Out of all the companies, Window World was by far the best. Their sales consultant, Tim, was incredibly professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions, did not do a lengthy demonstration at first, and did not try to upsell us or sell something we did not need. That initial consultation is what sold me. After receiving other quotes and not being impressed, we asked to have Tim come back out and he gave a deeper demonstration of their product without taking a bunch of our time. The ordering process with Tim was incredibly smooth and he worked with me through multiple iterations of my quote with patience. The windows arrived within 6-8 weeks as we were told and Window World called immediately to schedule the installation. They were very flexible with my schedule. The installers - Bobby, Dylan, and Dakota - were phenomenal. They arrived early, were efficient, and finished the job earlier than expected. Overall, they were incredibly professional and made me feel at ease during the installation. The speed of the installation did not take away from the quality and attention to detail. Every window was installed perfectly, there were no issues, and the results are outstanding. Please look to Window World FIRST before looking anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough!

  My grandson had his windows replaced. I shopped around for a good price and needed an estimate over phone. WW was the only accommodating comp, everyone else said would only come out to give estimate. Their prices were great. Then we had a small fire had to replace side of house siding & gutters. Their price was not much more than what our insurance paid. I would definitely recommend WW !!
