Duke is the man. He has been extremely respectful and considerate. Offering suggestions on placement of outlets and asking our preferences. After using them these couple of times, they will be our go to and referral choice going forward.

They were unable to fix an issue with our flickering lights and in process of working in our outlets, fried our wifi router. Spectrum confirmed this. The owner was so incredibly rude and had no interest in working with us to fix issue. Have never encountered such unprofessionalism and unwillingness to find a solution.
