  We built a new house and Lindsay was our sales rep. She was the best. She listened to our needs and had great ideas to make our vision come to life. Great quality and we couldn’t be happier.

  I've dealt with Bill for years, nothing but Professional and honest customer service, he has helped me finish over 40 houses They produce some of the best cabinets for any price range, and always make a kitchen beautiful

  The lady who works there is a scam. As a business to business deal. She tried to pass the buck on to another person to make a sale. Just poor quality staff and stock. But her especially!

  I would rate ZERO stars if I could. We had the absolute worst experience with completely botched deliveries and installation---- even after multiple attempts this company could not manage to send correct parts or meet any time promises. The persons they hired to install were incompetent beyond belief . Never trust anything they say as it is not backed up. Their initial design seemed great so we had high hopes but absolutely AWFUL experience. We have built several houses and have never encountered anything like the treatment we received from Sims-Lohman!! STAY AWAY. One year after we finally were able to move in I still cringe at any mention of this business.
