  Heat pump wasn't heating the house. When technician arrived, he saw we had a Google Nest thermostat and immediately said that he's not familiar with those and we might have to get someone else. I convinced him to at least try and fix the heat after showing him how the thermostat works (odd that he didn't know how to operate a smart thermostat). He then proceeded to say it was a wiring issue, did some kind of repair on the unit and said it should be fixed. It was not. The unit the next day was blowing only cold air again. I then called the company back to have them come out and properly fix it this time. I was told the technician was out sick today but then after pushing them that I need this fixed asap, he suddenly wasn't sick anymore and I was told to await a call from him. He called and told me that in his professional opinion I should replace the whole unit. WHAT?! The unit is only 7 years old! I immediately called another HVAC company to take a look and they diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 mins and for only a few hundred bucks. I would never recommend this company for any HVAC services

  AJ and Keith were very nice and professional. They were able to answer any questions that my mom and I had. AJ reached out a couple days later to check on us to make sure we were okay.

  I would recommend paul heating and cooling. AJ the technician did a great job! He was very nice and explained everything to me by replacing the blower motor on my furnace. Thanks again!!

  AJ came out and was not only extremely patient but solved our problem. His customer service was absolutely top notch!!
