Needed emergency plumbing work done when we had a big leak. It was on a Saturday. No problem for them. Took them less than an hour to make repairs. And the price was affordable. I’ll definitely call them again when I need them.

Taylor was very professional took the time to explain everything as he went through our system. Explained the diagnostic, found the problem showed pictures of the problem and quoted the repair estimate. He fixed the problem and in fixing the problem discovered what caused the problem, which in turn gave another estimate to fix the overall issue which we accepted. There prices are reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again

Chris and Corey did an outstanding job today. They came out for the fall inspection of both my HVAC systems. They found a problem that existed and were able to go and get a new part and get it fixed the same day. They even was able to fix a fault code that was showing up that no other Maeser Technician consigned. These guys were professional and got the job done. Hats off to both of them.

I had a new furnace installed by Maeser on 11-5-25. It would not run for more than a few minutes. On 11-6-25 the exhaust pipe was reconfigured. Same problem on 11-7-25 I was told the b and new furnace had a defective part and a new one would arrive on 11-10-25. After no call from them I was told the part might be here on 11-13-25. After purchasing their brand new furnace I was told to just use space heaters. I have had great experiences with Maeser in the past, this time it is a nightmare!

My experience with this company was terrible. I called to book an emergency service due to personal health issues after just returning home from Mayo Clinic, where I had been receiving treatment for over two weeks. The person who answered the phone laughed and said, “That’s not an emergency.”
I was shocked and deeply disappointed that she found my situation funny and showed absolutely no empathy or professionalism. I lost a little more faith in humanity that day especially from a business that claims to have been serving customers for 51+ years.
If they want to keep their business going and attract new customers, they should seriously consider replacing the woman who answered the phone today. She clearly lacks compassion and basic customer service skills. People deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they’re calling in a vulnerable situation.
To clarify, this review is not about the technicians or the quality of their actual service. I couldn’t even get that far because of how rudely I was treated during my call from this woman, there’s no way I would book a service with a company that allows someone to represent them in this light. I can only imagine how much business they’ve already lost because of her behavior. I think it’s important for the owners to keep this in mind.
