  I am in bad need of windows so I agreed to meet with mad city windows and like any consumer I decided to get a second quote after meeting with them for the first time. The second quote from a different company with similar and then Mad City Windows messaged me and said they had a promotional deal where if I would agree to meet again they would give me a cheaper price. so I set an appointment up for last week and not an hour before the appointment time they called to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I set up another appointment for today and again they are not going to be able to show I can't tell you how the windows are and I can't tell you how the custromwr service was and if the company is easy to work with because they won't even show up when they have scheduled appointments with you. This is just one review but overall I have had not a good experience.

  Aaron Johns and Aaron Mitchell did an outstanding shower remodel in our home . These gentlemen where very knowledgeable and very hard workers we where impressed with these two gentleman. They did a fantastic job and we are greatly satisfied .

  Been a while but I promised a review. 5 star because of the installer Aaron John's and the end result which is just gorgeous with really nice hardware and doors. I mean look at the pics and tell me you dont want that! The negatives which I didn't want to base the review on is with the hard sell this price is good for right now only option. They won't give you a reasonable quote for more than a few hours. My recommendation would be if you are happy with the right now price (which will be high), tell them you are still deciding and you won't use them unless they honor that price. They are WAY marking up beyond that. Trust me I researched it and is all over reddit. Nobody likes the hard sell. Also the same with "the call". Both on the agreement and when done. There was some guy insisting I will give them a great review. With the installer there who we liked we would not say no. This was also deemed pretty creepy by others. But again, look at the pics attached here. They were honest on when the work would be, the result was great, and the response after a small request afterwards was amazingly fast. Strange company but I would use them again. Just more under my terms.
