  I've used Energy Savers before on previous home and current home. This job was a new garage build and they did great job on what I thought was a more than fair price.

  We are very pleased with Energy Savers. Our first experience with the company was in 2015 when we renovated a small home. Energy savers found and closed every possible energy leak plus we qualified for a tax break. We have just finished renovating a 3500 sq ft home, We contacted Energy Savers when we knew it would not be necessary to access the attic again. We again are extremely pleased. Pleased with the service, pleased with the initial plan, pleased with the crew that did the job, pleased that the price quoted was the final prices. From experience, we know the work will lower our energy usage.

  I had blown insulation installed on February 23, 2019. The workers were nice and were finished in about 3 hours or so. They cleaned up their mess and were courteous. After they were finished I noticed my vent in my living room became detached and was about to fall off! This was because of the stuff that they put around the duct to prevent air leaks (I don’t know exactly what it is. It’s a foam like substance) pushed my whole duct out causing my vent to detach. I checked around the house and 2 other vents were pushed out also. One was so bad that my ceiling dry wall was damaged! So I call them and they had the salesman call me about the issue. He seemed to be on top of the issue and had someone sent out the following Friday. The guy came and fixed 2 of the vents and said he would have to speak to management about the vent that had the damaged dry wall. I gave them a week to get back with me and then I called them for an update. The lady said she would get to the bottom of it and they would contact me back. Almost another week and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve been extremely patient with them and feel like they’re dodging me for something they did. I’m extremely disappointed and I can’t recommend a company with poor customer service. I excepted more from a company that had all of these good reviews.

  I didn't know anything about insulation when I purchased their services. After 2 years of studying, I realized they didn't tape any of the vapor barrier seams, they didn't bring the vapor barrier up around piers and tape it, They didn't clear away debris to put vapor barrier under it, they didn't explain to me the importance of having a crawl space dehumidifier. So water does find its way into my halfway done crawl space. So While I paid for a encapsulated crawl space, what I got was basically zero benefit of having a encapsulated crawl space. *they came back out and resealed the basement. I haven't inspected it yet myself, but I respect their efforts to repair it.
