  Dauenhauer is a great company! I really liked having a familiar tech, Colin, who has been to my house previously. I received a confirmation the morning of, and he called when he was on his way. He showed up on time, and performed the electrical assessment quickly. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars every time! Their VIP program is great.

  James, the tech who came to my home was courteous and informative about the issue and cost with my toilet fixed right away or so I thought, still had issue. Dauenhauer resent tech back out (James) found the problem will need a new toilet was given price also customer service was great ,I recommend dauenhauer

  My plumber‘s name was Eric Yost. He was professional, courteous, on time and did a fantastic job fixing my busted pipe. I’d highly recommend Dauenhauer to anyone having issues with their plumbing. Dauenhauer was the only company that came the same day I called, everyone else declined and said I’d need to schedule later. Thank you~Liz

  I will always trust Dauenhauer to provide amazing service! I had an issue with a brand new hot water heater we installed. When it didn’t work properly, I knew I needed to call a professional, and Dauenhauer was there the next morning. Robert was super professional, efficient, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He made it look easy. And the pricing was even better than I expected. I have used Dauenhauer multiple times for HVAC and plumbing and they have always been great. I will absolutely continue to use them in the future!

  I submitted a request to Generac for a free assessment of my home for a potential purchase of a natural gas generator. I was connected to Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating & Air for that assignment. Cameron, their representative, performed the assessment and was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He was also a Master Electrician who excelled at his job. He took his time to explain his process as he progressed through the assessment in ways I could easily understand. While determining the wiring path from the junction box, we noticed a couple dodgy wires that he immediately capped off with wire nuts. He could have easily brushed this off and recommended that I get an electrician to take a look at it asap, but took ownership there and then. This is the definition of above and beyond in my book and Cameron put the safety of me, my wife, and my home above all else, which I’m grateful for. The level of dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction and safety was evident based on a mere free assessment from Cameron and Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating & Air, so I can only imagine this is how they generally operate as a business. I may not be purchasing a whole-home generator anytime soon, but I will be giving my business to Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating & Air moving forward as a result of this excellent experience.
