  Both Jeremy and Eric came to our house today and did a great job repairing an irregularly with our water pressure and water heater. Jeremy found our PSI to be high, around 120-130 psi where the normal range is supposed to be around 60. He then helped us determine whether or water company or builder had installed a PRV. After some time we were able to find out we did not have a PRV and he also highly recommended we get a water heater expansion tank which would help prevent any failure of the pressure valve. Through all of this process he was extremely patient and understanding due to our many questions. Overall he was amazing and I find him to be an excellent employee and an asset to the Dauenhauer team. Once Jeremy assessed the issue and developed a plan of action he passed our case on to Eric. Eric arrived on time and had already reviewed Jeremy’s notes and was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Before even unloading he went and studied the area and evaluated everything. Once he knew exactly how he wanted to perform the install and had his action plan, he began his work. He was very meticulous and proficient. He was knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had for him. Overall both men; Jeremy and Eric performed an excellent job and were professional, polite, and proficient in their jobs.   Tech was scheduled between 10-2 he showed up around 3:40 no communication what so ever on being delayed except when I called numerous times wasn’t able to complete due to supply house about to close at 4. Tech said he’d be back at 10am next day didn’t show up until almost 3pm and still charged full price. And still no communication what so ever on being late 2 days straight and being charged full price.

  Ezra came out to fix a plumbing issue we have been having at one of the properties we manage and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He also helped with two other issues that were presented to him at his arrival without hesitation.

  Could not be more pleased with my experience at Dauenhauer! The whole team has been exceptional and worked hard to get us a new HVAC when our furnace went out in the middle of a snow storm. When you call request technician Dalton C. to come out. He is super professional, helpful, credible and honest! For installs Brandon C. is wonderful and works hard to get the job done fast and correct! I have spoken to many HVAC companies and Dauenhauer, Dalton, and his team have been the most helpful, answer any questions I have had and have the best prices!

  I was very pleased with my service. I had multiple other plumbers take a look at a problem we have been dealing with off and on for years. Each had different answers and some extraordinary estimates. Dauenhauer were on time, quick, efficient, clean, professional and pleasant.
