- TDTom DoyleJan 30, 20262.0BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Unfortunately, this company made a decision to not take care of an issue that they were responsible for. TLDR: Company had subcontractor install siding. Subcontractor pierced set lines for HVAC system with siding nail causing a coolant leak. Company refuses to pay for damage related to subcontractor work. Stuck with a $2500 bill because they don't want to take responsibility. Only reason I don't give a one star on this review is because in general, they were very easy to work with and responsive. However, as I was told, the upper management of the company decided they weren't liable for the damage caused by their subcontractor. This is why contractors have liability insurance!! They didn't bother to send anyone out to check. Nothing. Never again will I use this company and will actively not recommend them.
