Came out and observed other issues but can’t seem to get return calls or follow-up visits to fix the actual issues. Ending up fixing on own or calling other companies. Should not have to do on new construction install.

Called to have a blower motor replaced Chapman sent out a technician that sold my wife a motherboard and promised that was the issue and everything would be resolved. I was out of town for work or would have just said replaced the blower motor. We don’t need another board. I’m an electrician. I’ll do that myself if it needs done. Was charged over $200 for diagnostics then charged another $1500 for the repair. Agreed to pay $13xx For repair and was overcharged $100 for another diagnostic fee. After the board was put in the original issue still wasn’t Repaired. Was been told I would need to have a blower motor put in and that would be around $1700. They don’t send technicians they send salesman.
