- PEPeter EicheJan 13, 20265.0Our whole house humidifier was not working and we called Chapman Heating to check on it. Our technician, Michael, checked our furnace and humidifier and determined that the furnace had a part that was not working properly. He had the part ordered. He returned when the part was available and installed the part and determined humidifier was working properly but the thermostat was not set to operate the humidifier. He reset the thermostat and the humidifier is working perfectly. Michael was very efficient and knowledgeable and made the needed repairs to our system. His work was 5 star. I would give him and Chapman 10 stars if possible.
