- TDTigs DevelopmentNov 19, 20251.0I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done correctly the first time. First bid was done February of 2025 over $10,000 to waterproof only to have the basement leak after the first rain. Buddy Chism told me they would make it right and get it fix correctly. then Buddy never would return my phone call. After several attempts to contact Buddy I called the office to and had to deal with the staff who is rude. THe office staff will over talk you and will argue with you. this company would not guarantee there work like they state and charged me an additional $1064 to have the basement water proofed. Fast forward to the appointment day to have it fixed and the appointment was set for 9 am got a text and emails to confirm this time. Worker showed up at 1:30pm. I called the office several times to ask where they were and they told me he was on another job, I asked then why do I have a 9am appointment? They stated that they schedule all appointments at that time and the text and emails are automated. When the worker showed up finally to do the work he apologized for being so late stating we were his first appointment but they kept calling him to do other jobs ahead of us. I have used this company 3 times for rental properties in 2025 and all properties still leak and some area of the basement. With the last house and the way we were treated, from being lied to about a warranty, the rude office staff, and Buddy ghosting us, we will never do business with this company. We were good customers who spent a crazy amount of money waterproofing basements in 2025. I hope this helps anyone wanting to use this company.

Our appointment was at 10 am and when we call them they said that they would come later after another appointment. Waste the whole day waiting for them. When we call them the next day and left a message which they have not returned.
