We visited the showroom and met with sales team member, Jake. He answered all of our questions and got us exactly the carpet we were looking for. The office staff helped us schedule installation on a date that worked for us. On installation day, Mike, Alex and Devyn arrived on time and did an amazing job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to make the installation go smoothly. They even became new friends to our 100-pound Pitbull.
