  Very professional. Pictures of the contact person/ estimator were sent to me before he arrived so that I would know him to Jen he arrived. He Took pictures of the damage and explained the repair process in detail. Pictures were sent to me via phone throughout the repair keeping me up to date on the improvements being made. I would highly recommend bone dry roofing for any roof issues.
