- CHCindy Hillard2 days ago1.0I was charged for furnace tune up tech didn’t tune up or fix the furnace charged me for services and my furnace still wasn’t working very unprofessional was trying to charge me over 255$ for a 22$ part & I got the part & have furnace heat working now with bakers leaving the furnace broken & not serviced as what I paid for was not completed also having to wait for my receipt via email since they are closed and after hours still waiting for my receipt i will post my receipt what they charged me and for now I am leaving this review and photos of proof so people will know that I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever
- KMKatie McDaniel4 days ago5.0Highly recommend. The person that came to give me a quote was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions ( even the weird questions /concerns I had). The installers were early and did an awesome job. They were so personable and friendly. Price was one of the lower quotes I received but also having great customer service makes it worth it. Even the lady who scheduled my appointment was friendly and worked with my schedule.

They called before coming to let me know they were on the way, showed up right on time, and had three guys working on the install. They walked me through what they did, showed me how to use the new thermostat, and even talked me through what was going on with my old system. Super professional, friendly, and fast — they were in and out in about four hours. Definitely recommend!
