  The sales person (Brad) and install agent (Brandon) were personable and knowledgeable. I had a whole house humidifier installed. I did need to have the technician come back out to adjust settings after the initial install, but the company was responsive and easy to work with. It's always nice to work with a company who considers customer service to be a priority.

  The install of my unit 5 months ago was great. The fact that it's been 5 months and now I'm sitting in a freezing cold house with no heat since yesterday. I called the "Emergency" line, which is just an answering service, so the website is untruthful where is says they'll come anytime. They did call me back first thing, so I sat here waiting on tech, missing work, to finally call back at 11am to be told he won't be here until 2-2:30!! I don't know what other service calls they have, but apparently me having no heat is not a "priority" call. EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED. If it weren't under warranty I would have already called another company.

  We had been without heat for several days before contacting A+ Derr. Brad came out to look at our system and was very professional and knowledgeable. Our furnace was 33 years and we knew we needed to replace it. Brad showed us our options for a furnace, and did not pressure us to buy more than what we needed. They were able to set up installation for the next morning, which was a Saturday. Matthew was the technician and he worked alone in this job. He was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job with the install and even tolerated our dachshund who loudly greeted him every time he came up the stairs. Thanks to Matthew, Brad and the entire A+ Derr team. I will definitely be calling them when it’s time to replace the A/C.

  Matt Stinson was the nicest guy and a very knowledgeable technician. He showed up when he said he would and worked straight through to replace my gas furnace in a little more than half a day. He cleaned up after himself and we are thrilled to have a brand new furnace. A+Derr has been very good to work with from start to finish. Cameron came for the estimate and was available all the way through the purchase process for every question I had. Multiple financing options and fair pricing for what it is. Would recommend and will use again. Thank you guys SO much!
