  Isaiah from Case Foundations inspected our home and crawlspace, and I can’t express enough positive things about our experience. After a thorough inspection, he assured me that there were no foundation issues. Instead, he explained it was normal expansion and contraction due to weather changes, along with interior flooring issues, so no foundation repairs were necessary. In contrast, two other companies that performed inspections with estimates ranging from $4,000 to $16,000. Saying piers and encapsulation were needed. Hearing Isaiah’s straightforward and honest evaluation was a significant relief. It’s refreshing to find there are still companies that operate with integrity and genuinely prioritize their customers’ well-being. We are incredibly grateful for Isaiah’s honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Case Foundations to anyone who is experiencing or concerned about potential foundation issues.

  I have been a customer of Case for over 30 years. The first work they did for me was to install piers under my house. The quote they have me for this project was more reasonable than the other quotes and Mr.Case himself thoroughly explained the process and what the problem was. It was a major project which included totally digging up my landscaping all around the house. They complete the project in a very reasonable time and did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards. I had to have them back out about 10 years later due to my basement door sticking. The technician told me what was causing the problem. I wasn't sure that I agreed with him and told him what I wanted him to do. We discussed it and he agreed to classify me and do what I want ed at no charge but he also did what he thought should be done. Problem fixed. I had them out a few years later with water pouring out of my basement wall. They came out repaired the wall and I never had another problem. Whenever I hear of someone having a problem with something that I believe is within Case Systems area, I highly recommend Case. I believe they are an honest and hard working company that I can trust and will put my integrity on the line for them. Employees from Case that I have worked with are always friendly, hard-working and respectful I my property. Elaine H.

  Buddy was very polite and informative during my quote appointment. That appointment was over two weeks ago and I still have not gotten any quote. I have called two separate times and have been told that "he can take a while" and "we will tell him to get on that". Highly unlikely that we will go any further with this company

  I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done correctly the first time. First bid was done February of 2025 over $10,000 to waterproof only to have the basement leak after the first rain. Buddy Chism told me they would make it right and get it fix correctly. then Buddy never would return my phone call. After several attempts to contact Buddy I called the office to and had to deal with the staff who is rude. THe office staff will over talk you and will argue with you. this company would not guarantee there work like they state and charged me an additional $1064 to have the basement water proofed. Fast forward to the appointment day to have it fixed and the appointment was set for 9 am got a text and emails to confirm this time. Worker showed up at 1:30pm. I called the office several times to ask where they were and they told me he was on another job, I asked then why do I have a 9am appointment? They stated that they schedule all appointments at that time and the text and emails are automated. When the worker showed up finally to do the work he apologized for being so late stating we were his first appointment but they kept calling him to do other jobs ahead of us. I have used this company 3 times for rental properties in 2025 and all properties still leak and some area of the basement. With the last house and the way we were treated, from being lied to about a warranty, the rude office staff, and Buddy ghosting us, we will never do business with this company. We were good customers who spent a crazy amount of money waterproofing basements in 2025. I hope this helps anyone wanting to use this company.

  Very unprofessional due to not show up for an appointment or calling us that they would not be able to come. Our appointment was at 10 am and when we call them they said that they would come later after another appointment. Waste the whole day waiting for them. When we call them the next day and left a message which they have not returned.
