    So thankful for Leo Jones Sonny's stepping up during the bad weather this February to repair my Train Heat & Air system. My gas heat failed, after calling they had Two Technicians out to fix the issue the very next day. The Technicians were honest and courteous. They solved the problem with my unit immediately and replaced the part with a new one without having to leave the job, with parts on service truck to fix system.

    The service technicians came out for an emergency call, and were amazing, very polite ,and very knowledgeable. Great people,great company. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needed great service.

I know lots of people are having heating issues right now with the temperatures in single digits, but Micah got to us quickly, restored our heat, cleaned up his mess, explained the problem, gave us tips for preventing future issues, and did it all with a smile!
