  Company quoted $180-$270 on the phone after given the garage door size and broken spring. Once technician came they said it would be $336. I had two other companies that could've done it the same day and for cheaper. When I called the business he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when we had just spoken the day prior. He said springs could cost different amounts etc when he'd given me the high end range of $270🙄.

  They get a star because they were courteous over the phone. That's as good as it gets. Very misleading with their pricing and don't disclose ALL of the fees after the job is finished. They don't even give you a receipt unless you request it. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

  Dylan and his partner for great to work with. He was precise with his quotes, respectful, and provided customer service. They were also quick with the installation

  I do not recommend this lexington based company! We bought a garage door and it was not installed correctly apparently! It has been 12 months and 19 days are the insulated door has completely bowed on the top and the metal arms are bowed as well! The door sliding lock was not installed correctly either therefore we can't lock the door! They are saying it only has a 1 year warranty so we will have to pay to have it fixed correctly! So not purchase from them! I will post this everywhere
