- NMNathan MannAug 6, 20195.0After having a pretty rough experience with Sunbelt Rentals I was referred to Franklin Equipment. I had never heard of them before but they told me nothing but good things about them. I had to rent a mini excavator and needed it for a few days. They let me rent it from Wednesday, July 3rd through into Monday of that next (the 8th!) for the price of one day! As if that wasn't awesome enough, naturally, we were taking longer than expected to finish the job and realized we wouldn't be able to get the equipment back by Monday so we gave them a call... they let us keep it until the following (Tuesday the 9th) morning for no extra charge! On top of that Mandy and the rest of the service team were nothing but kind and understanding toward us, and super-nice when I brought it back nearly a week later having only paid for 1 day! (Not to mention, the equipment they rent is VERY high quality, excellent condition, and quite new at that, all unlike any other rental I have used in Lexington.) With all the stresses that had been going on in my life at the time this was a true blessing and they had a customer for life. That's not the end of it... 10 days later on the 19th I needed to rent a dingo to finally finish the job. Again they gave me the weekend for one day and again I needed it longer than expected. This time I had a fire at my home on the 24th which really put a fork in things, especially since this was a very time/weather sensitive job and the equipment was on rental. After hearing of my fire they told me I could keep the equipment for the entire week and return it on the next monday the 29th. Again, I was late finishing, yet they were gracious AGAIN and let me keep the equipment through Wednesday the 31st, all for the price of a 1-week rental! I was so blessed by this company I cannot imagine using ANYONE else as long as they are around!
