Secured numerous quotations from the larger more well know companies on my initial 5 and 3.5 ton unit requirements, and the results were generally the same. All were "substantially" higher than Moore (25-50% range). Moore recommends the highest quality products, provides exemplary customer service, capped off with the gold standard level of technical knowledge. Punctual, and exceptional follow through, high level of integrity from start to finish. Think it's too good to be true?? Think again. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for in life," although infrequently, from time to time you get a whole lot Moore!
