Even Lowes does a better job than that. Good old fashioned customer service never goes out of style. Did I want to be followed around by an employee, of course not! I just wanted to be greeted as a potential customer and a human being. Why would one want to spend money with your business when one is not even given common courtesy?

We were helped by Tom who was very polite, extremely helpful and not at all pushy. To cap it off, he quoted us a price on a bath and bath surround which was WAY below anything we found online. Plus there would be no shipping costs! I strongly recommend giving Brock-McVey a visit. Update: when we finally got around to installing the surround, we found it had a cosmetic flaw. I took it back to Tom, he called the manufacturer and they promptly shipped another surround at no charge.
