The workers were wonderful, polite, professional, and I would recommend them to everyone! They explained everything, and about all of the services they offered. They were wonderful!
- RHRusty Hooper3 days ago1.0They came to my house, tracked mud all over my floor told me that they didn't have the part to do the job and it would be cheaper for me to call a appliance guy than for them to do the job. Charged me a $52 dollar service fee and left. It shows on my banking app that they charged me twice, I still have not gotten that rectified. I had to sweep and mop my living room and kitchen after they left. Was not impressed at all. I don't like being taken advantage of. I'll never use them again and won't recommend them either.

I was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you.
- MTMrs. TJan 1, 20261.0I am unsure why Fayette Heating and Air runs elderly customers through the ringer, selling them overpriced smart units for homes that don't need it. Units that cost over $11,000! For that unit to constantly break down and said elderly customers are without air (summer) or heat (RIGHT NOW in the dead of Winter!) to tell them that the main control board is bad and it will cost them another $1400 to fix it! What type of business preys on the elderly like this?
