Our heating went out on a Thursday morning, they had probably the most courteous young man, Jack, I have ever met come out that afternoon. Jack explained the issue and identified we needed a new part for our furnace. Our furnace is older but he ordered the part, had it installed, and the heating back on by Monday afternoon. Could not ask for better service.

I’m still young in my home owning endeavors however have unfortunately had my fair share of run ins with furnace/ac issues. Many many many of frustrating phone and service calls. I can assure you this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Will is a highly intelligent young man with experience far beyond his years. Furnace issues are never easy to diagnose. There is no magic plug to connect to and run a diagnostic. Will took his time and kept me involved in ever step of the way. Even if some things where trial and error (which is normal mind you) I never had a quiver of hesitation that I wasn’t in the best of hands.
The Hank you Sir for being a wonderful tech and sincerely a wonderful human being. I wish you nothing more than prosperity within your future with both your business endeavors but family adventures as well.

Alex was inspecting the plumbing today. I have toilet, when flushed, it screams! He told me what was wrong and gave me a reasonable estimate. I also have a slow drain which will need service and he gave me an estimate. He was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, and was very professional. He is a very pleasant young man. Since I am a member of the Comfy Club I will receive a discount when the work is completed. It was an enjoyable visit. This was an inspection. No work was done today. Estimates were discussed. There was no fee today because it is a free service with the Comfy Plan.

They will scam you out of your money. I had them come out to look at our unit for a weird noise. They immediately said that we needed a new unit, no questions asked. We then had two other companies out and they both said it was a simple valve fix that would cost 1/8th of the price of the new unit. Both companies also said this would be a routine fix and anybody should’ve found it. The guy that quoted us also asked us if “money was our problem” because we would not let him know if we wanted to move forward with getting a new unit. Very disappointed at their overpriced service and trying to make people spend thousands extra to benefit themselves. Do your self a favor and go with another company.

Once upon a time Fayette Heating and Air was family owned. During that time I had my Grandmothers, my Fathers and our hvac installed by Fayette Heating and Air. This was approximately $50,000 in total not to mention the Comfy Club memberships we paid over the years. However, slowly over what seems to be two years or so their business model changed and technicians were constantly trying to upsell services that used to be included. Such as cleaning the outside units that they installed. Every visit came with at least $3000 in recommendations. My final straw was today. We scheduled a duct cleaning a few weeks ago. I wrote down the date and time when it was scheduled. I arranged to be home at that time missing work in the process. The appointment confirmation was not sent like before so I called to double check. Glad I did! The representative informed me the appointment was now 2 hours later than originally scheduled. This meant I had to push several other appointments out to be here during the new time. The technicians arrived but then I was informed they didn’t have enough hose in their truck to do the job. All I could do was remind the technicians that prior planning is a must in customer service. They presented me with two options run back to their shop over an hour round trip or reschedule. Unfortunately, due to my already rescheduled appointments I couldn’t accommodate them any more that day. So rather than have the technicians rush and do half a job I called and spoke with one of the managers in the office to to let them know I was willing to reschedule for the following day during same window. After placing me on hold he informed me the next day would not be possible but they could do Friday, Saturday or even next week. Once again I explained I was already missing work this week and had pushed today’s appointments into Friday. I would also be helping a family member on Saturday. Missing work again would once again be costing me money. I told the manager to not worry about it. I would go with someone else and to also cancel my comfy club membership. I gave them two stars because of some the older more positive experiences I had had over the years. Hopefully this honest experience helps the next customer.
