Tech was great but we thought the repair/replacement for a mini split was excessive so we sought other estimates. Love the people at Fayette but they are ridiculously high in price. We found a better price for a new mini split.

Charged me a $52 dollar service fee and left. It shows on my banking app that they charged me twice, I still have not gotten that rectified. I had to sweep and mop my living room and kitchen after they left. Was not impressed at all. I don't like being taken advantage of. I'll never use them again and won't recommend them either.

He very quickly diagnosed a problem, made a round trip for parts. 30+ miles from Lexington. Had me up and heating in record time. I called early morning. Completed by noon. I was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you.
- MTMrs. TJan 1, 20261.0I am unsure why Fayette Heating and Air runs elderly customers through the ringer, selling them overpriced smart units for homes that don't need it. Units that cost over $11,000! For that unit to constantly break down and said elderly customers are without air (summer) or heat (RIGHT NOW in the dead of Winter!) to tell them that the main control board is bad and it will cost them another $1400 to fix it! What type of business preys on the elderly like this?
