Before finding them, I got several bids from other plumbing companies, and many of them tried to charge me way more than what made sense. In today’s world, it’s hard to find people who don’t try to take advantage and overcharge. Fast Flow Plumbing was the complete opposite. Jennifer and Troy were professional, helpful, and did excellent work from start to finish. Now, almost a year later, I have another project coming up — and guess who I’m calling again? Fast Flow Plumbing, of course. Thank you for being such an honest and reliable company.

We had a local plumber look at the issues we were having at our house and he strongly advised we contact someone to clean out the pipes because of a clog somewhere in the main line. We then contacted Fast Flow Plumbing to help us with this issue and were advised that we’d need to spend nearly $5,000 to completely replace the pipes. They didn’t give us the option to try to unclog the pipes first even after asking them over the phone to do so. This is a rental property and they also tried to get the tenants to agree to this estimate, so they could get started without calling me first (the owner) even though my contact information was on the request. I then contacted another company who came to look at everything and diagnosed the clog and cleared it same day. Not saying I will never have to replace these pipes, but I do not feel like it was the only option given the situation. The only good thing I can say about our experience is they communicate well as far as scheduling and any questions you may have.

And then when I got gas man to come out he said my gas line wasn’t even connected to were the meter goes. I was called and told I had 2 leaks and that they would come back out for 2000 dollars more. But never told me about my meter not being hooked to gas line. I feel like I got my money tooken and nothing was done. They hooked up a cheap hose.

We needed to have our toilet replaced as soon as possible. Matt determined what we needed, went to the hardware store and he and his partner replaced it.
