  Would not recommend this company, unless youre interested in paying high costs for pipes that are so poorly put together and installed they bust apart and leak water almost instantly.

  No communication whatsoever, they rescheduled my monday appointment without contacting me to let me know causing me to loose almost a full day of work. Today they called to say they where on the way and would be here in 30. Two hours later I had to call for an update. But not the office because apparently you cant get ahold of anyone through the main phone number. So I contact the number that called to say they where on the way. This poor guy claimed to be on the side of the road due to a wreck. That sucks, it sounds like the guy is having a bad day and I wish him the best. However I was told they would call me back with an update once they had everything figured out. As someone who runs a small business thats completely understandable, rescheduling my appointment without contact or consent not so much. But it is now the end of the work day and it has been over 6 hours. It doesnt take 6 hours to know if your going to make it out or need to reschedule. So with this company having cost me 2 days of work and leaving me with my plumbing issues unresolved, and no ability to contact or communicate with them I figured I would contact them through a review and let everyone know what type of experience they are in for when trying to work with fast flow plumbing.

  The rating is not for the service itself — the repair was completed in a timely manner. We actually came back to Fast Flow Plumbing because our first experience with the company was excellent. They responded quickly, and the technicians were extremely professional and did quality work. That made this situation all the more disappointing. We were originally quoted $379.62. During the service, our technician sent an additional invoice for $795.86 because he was having trouble clearing the clog and said he might need extra equipment. He tried again, was able to clear the clog, and told us to disregard the second invoice and only pay the original $379.62. We had the service done two weeks ago. We were quoted a price, we paid the $379.62 by check, and the check was deposited. Then we were charged again on a card that was on file from previous services — once for the $379.62 we already paid, and then another $795.86 for the invoice we were told to ignore. We’ve tried to contact the office for two weeks with no answer. We’ve left voicemails, sent text messages, and haven’t received a single response. This is completely unacceptable for a business to operate this way. Being ignored, double-charged, and billed for something we were explicitly told not to pay has left us with no choice but to dispute both charges with our credit card company.

  Technician explained the potential problems before he began the job. Job was done as promised and the technician was very professional.

  Aaron was so helpful and kind. He was able to come the same day we called right before thanksgiving. The issue with our water heater ended up being very minor, and we weren’t even charged for the visit. Highly recommend him and Fast Flow Plumbing.
