I don't know if there are 2 of them or 1 of them with multiple personalities. I called to speak with a decision maker for a certain department and I was told it was Bill Condra. A week later when I called to ask for Bill, the female who answered said he hadn't worked there in years and became hostile when I told her what I was told the week before. Instead of just apologizing for the misinformation I was given the week before she became argumentative. She finally told me I needed to speak to Tim Hughes. When I called back today the female who answered hung up on me when I asked for Tim Hughes. When I called back and asked for Tim again she said it's not Tim it's Jim in a very snotty tone. Someone needs to rethink who they have answering their phone because who they have now is the absolute worst representation of the company they could possibly have
