  I got an appointment the same day I called. I had an intake water valve replaced on my commode. After they left, I realized the water level was too low. I called the next morning and they came out within a few hours and adjusted it and appologized for the inconvenience. I will use Dauenhauer the next time I need a plumber.

  I had called another company the day before to repair a water line. They assured me that someone would be out the next day. I received text stating I was still on their list. At 5:30pm after waiting at home all day, they called and asked if I could reschedule for 5 days later. This is when I called Dauenhauer the tech Skyler showed up within a couple of hours and had the leak repaired quickly. The customer service was great on a Friday evening. Otherwise we would have been without water for days.

  I’m very pleased with Dauenhauer and their technician Josh. My (older) furnace would not start and Josh responded quickly and began diagnosing the problem. After checking and cleaning several parts of the furnace, he found and replaced a defective valve that prevented the consistent flow of propane. Josh clearly and politely explained what was going on and diligently pursued the remedy. I would certainly use them again.

  This has been revised from Original review which was 5 star directly linked to first tech(Jeremy) quality of work. Due to complete house remodel in stages, I have had 5 different techs over in last 2 weeks for 4 different projects. Conner, Andrew and Randall work no issues also. 1 star review is for last electrical work which ran into issues it happens so was not upset BUT requested to speak to dispatch or mgr in order to ensure solid plan for next morning as i have 2 other contractors scheduled BUT could not complete until electric was done. after 5 calls to schedulers which cold not help and 5 + times schedulers reached out to mgr via messages to call customer 5 hrs later no call. I was hoping to build a working relationship with a local contractor and thought we were on way. my future work in next 4 months include- circuit break box update(4-6k), all copper plumbing replacement, new AC unit, New gas furnace, electric to new detached building on property, plumbing to new building. I was not irate , angry or hostile toward any of the 4 schedulers or 3 techs. Mgr knew i requested call back as he stated to tech that customer may be hostile, lol. Tech found that unlikely dealing with me in past. I am sure this are not the values the Dauenhauer family built this business on. not getting call to solidify schedule forced me to reschedule 2 contractors putting me 3 days behind and $250 out of pocket due to travel of 1 contractor.As i stated with last tech that finished job, no issues with work done on any project except yesterday.( switches backwards, i had to change myself to correct). today tech stated he was giving a $30 credit but was unable to. Its not so much about money as I have already spent $30000 combined with this company and other. future activity est atleast $50000. i waited to see if mgr or owner would call as requested. no response.

  This company's prices are out of this world for labor. I called at 4pm and told them I needed a water heater, they did not arrive until after 6pm and of course, it would cost an extra $150.00 to get a water heater now because the warehouse is closed The service gentleman was nice enough, but I don't think he was efficient in his job. Because the next morning NO HOT WATER….!!!!!!!!!! The reason I paid the extra money is so the family “ (who all work)“ could have hot water. You sent me an email asking if I’m satisfied, no I’m not………….. Paid 4,100.00. For a water heater that doesn't work.
