  My hvac tech was friendly and friendly and professional and was in and out. He even went as far as talking to my Vivant rep because the issue was partly due to my Vivant thermostat settings. He was great. I will definitely use this company for all future needs.

  The 1st phone call did not work well, so on the 2nd phone call, I was able to get the appointment as scheduled, the work was done quickly, efficiently and even though I didn't find the answer I wanted, it sounded very reliable. Keep in mind this was a weekend appointment which in itself, very surprising!!

  My technician was amazing. He was out to my house in less than 30 minutes, Quickly diagnosed and fix the problem with my water heater. While he was there, I had him look at a couple of other things and in the process of making another minor repair He discovered that the water shut off valve inside Our house was damaged. This is an issue we would not have discovered if he had not taken time to answer my other questions. The devastating effects that could’ve caused if we had a pipe burst our unthinkable for me. So very grateful for his time and quality of work! Although I hope I don’t have to, I would absolutely call them again in a heartbeat.

  The HVAC install team consisted of three young men. Two were the actual installers with one apprentice. The first one to arrive was on time, called ahead, and also let me know the two other guys were coming in from Louisville. I was greeted immediately with a handshake and introduction. Then, after getting acquainted with the system and location of everything, the next two guys arrived and work really begun. Over the next six or seven hours I heard little play or distraction and realized how focused this crew was. At every turn one of the two journeymen would find me to let me know what was going on, if they had to do some rearranging, or just explain the next step. I was truly impressed with how they got into technical knowledge with me - almost felt like an hvac student at times - and really just took their time doing the install. I was worried with it being Friday night and two from Louisville, they would try to rush, but they absolutely took their time. They also cleaned up well after themselves. They wore boot covers in the house after getting muddy outside. And, when I asked about replacing my new filter, they added on simple to use knobs to make it easy to pull off and put on the filter cover. At the end they explained their final test procedures to me and gave me confidence that there would be no safety issues or concerns. Lastly, I’ll just say that up to this point I have had a good experience with all classes of technicians that have come out to my house for both inspections and repairs and now install from your company. After listening closely to a few of your Techs (of hvac, electrical, and plumbing), I hope your company is keeping your managers in check with how they work towards retaining solid employees. HVAC Techs are like us truck drivers: disrespect us and we’ll find new employment elsewhere quickly - which says more about your company than the employees that leave you. No manager is worth keeping versus running off solid employees in any type of business. All companies are only as good as the quality of their employees. But, aside from that opinion, great job by the install team! I hope to keep confidence in staying with your company as a customer for all of my home service repairs & maintenance for a long time.

  Mr. Delahney and his apprentice work quickly & efficiently on my basement electrical rebuild. Mr.Delahney explains in details every step(s) & next step(s) in ways a non electrical person can understand. A real knowledgable professional, & cleans up after themselves. A real pleasure to deal with, and his apprentice is following in the footsteps of a professional electrician. Would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Delahney for your next electrical need(s).
