  Great experience from beginning to end. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. Selection and sales was easy - no pressure, good communications throughout. Product and pad compared to big box store and considerably less. Delivery and install were well coordinated to coincide with the repainting of 3 rooms. We only lived in the deconstruction for 2 weeks; closets and walls hold A LOT!!! No glitches with install; team worked non-stop, entertained our requests, won over the dog, verified furniture repositioning, did a walk around with us - not a mark on the walls or baseboards. Kudos to the team of Derek (sales), Tyler (coordination), Charlie (measurements) and Freddy (install). We would recommend Carpet World and ask for this team again!!

  I have worked with Carpet One for projects at two different houses and they always do a great job from start to finish. My projects have included hardwood, stair runners and large custom rugs and I am very pleased with everything. They have a great selection of everything including awesome remnants. I would definitely work with Carpet One again on a future project.

  Bri is amazing! She has personally helped me in my own home to evaluate flooring selections. She was great about listening to what I needed for example flooring that could withstand toddlers and getting me exactly what was right for us. She also has an eye for design, and if you're unsure gives great advice on what will work. She has also helped my sister and her husband. And I'm a real estate agent - she has helped so many of my clients who have all been thrilled with her services. From rugs, to tile to LVP and carpet this is the go to place & Bri a professional I recommend without hesitation!
