The latest project has been a very large roof replacement on a three story multifamily complex. The weather was thankfully nice and the project was completed ahead of schedule. All of the crews were attentive to detail and courteous. Property assets, tenants, and guests were always protected throughout the progressing work. The cleanup detail was extremely thorough with no leftover debris or nails being found during final walkthrough. The property has been left in as good of condition as before the work began with the added bonus of a new beautiful roof.
