Professional, on time, reasonable pricing, communicative - all things that earn stars! I've had them at my personal residence and on projects we are managing and always great experiences.

Overall very disappointed with the entire process. Before installation they seemed pretty good, so we went with them but then many things went wrong. First, during installation it started raining and while we went out and expressed concern for them working in the rain, we were assured it was fine. The next day water stains showed up in our ceilings. When we called, they sent someone out to paint our ceiling, but it’s taken over 6 weeks to resolve the issue. Also, the person they contracted to paint the roof was late, left early, took two days, rather than one, and left a mess between the first and second day. Secondly, their payment process is horrible. They had to send us at least three different invoices because the ones they sent did not correctly reflect the original quote. Once we finally got the right quote, since their online payment system is not working, the only payment option was to drive to the office to submit a check. The roof itself looks good but the process we had to go through and all the back and forth was not worth it. I would definitely not recommend using bone dry roofing.

I had Bone Dry Roofing come out to add some additional insulation to my attic space. I had about 7 inches of existing insulation and the proposal called for adding 11.5 inches for a total of 18.5 inches. Once the work was finished I measured an average of about 15 inches of insulation. When I asked why this was the case, it was explained to me that adding insulation was a guessing game (it isn't when you use rulers) and that they had estimated that it would take 12 bags to get 11.5 inches added. I was told that 20 bags were brought out and that they used 16 bags. I reviewed my camera footage and only 13 bags were brought up from their trailer to the garage, not 16. Here is what I think happened. It was explained to me that each bag costs a certain amount and that includes labor. I believe that they used the estimated number of bags +1 in order to keep their price that was proposed to me but that meant not receiving the exact depth of insulation that was proposed. To me, this is wrong. If you propose 11.5 inches of insulation for a certain amount of money then you should reach that depth for the customer. Clearly the estimate was off. There was no communication to me about not reaching that depth, and if I hadn't gone up into the attic to look over the work, then I would have never noticed. I had thought about performing this job myself and in hindsight I guess I should have. They offered to add more insulation for an increased cost, no thanks. Now on to the actual work. The guys that came out were great, they were professional and driven to get the job done; they knocked it out within a few hours.

The wood over my garage doors were full of rot and sagging. I had Bone Dry tear off the metal around my garage doors replace the wood and re-wrap it with new metal, I also had them replace some rake metal that was missing along the roofline. Lastly, they repaired a leak where a gutter runs into the pitch of another roof. The work around the garage doors looks great, the rake metal turned out great, and the roof repair does not leak, and the shingles they replaced blend quite nicely with my faded shingles. I also believe their prices to be highly competitive. I had another quote on just the rook leak which was almost as much as I paid for all the work I listed above. I will be using Bone Dry again.
