  I have used Back Construction for numerous projects and repairs over the years. They make everything so easy. Reliable, trustworthy, good quality. And they stand behind their work. No surprise billing. I will continue to use them and to recommend them to anyone who needs help with home remodeling or repairs.

  We had a fantastic experience with our kitchen, den, and exterior railings renovation from start to finish. The team communicated clearly every step of the way, paid close attention to the details that mattered to us, and delivered truly high-quality work. We were even able to successfully start the project while out of town thanks to their excellent communication—daily progress photos and a clear agenda for the next day’s activities kept us completely informed and confident. We always felt listened to and confident in the process. Highly recommend! Thank you to Wes Dickerson for giving us the confidence to move forward with BACK on our renovation. Special thanks to Schon Holman, our project manager, who gave great attention to the details, communicates clearly, kept everything organized, transparent, and moving smoothly; Tara Carnefix, our designer, who presented thoughtful design options, helped guide us through countless decisions, and perfectly aligned our aesthetic vision with expert guidance; and Tim Phillips, our carpenter, who worked hard, was personable, punctual, and made sure the jobsite was clean at the end of every day. Even our cat was well cared for during the renovation, and we really appreciated how patient and considerate the crew was. Overall, the combination of great communication, strong design support, craftsmanship, and genuine care made this an outstanding experience. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We will be using BACK for our future projects!

  Our experience with bath remodel was totally positive. Schon Holman, the project manager, was exceptional. Initially, he gave us the weekly schedule for subcontractors. Daily, he told us what time the subcontractors would be here. Schon would visit the site regularly to make sure everything was done correctly. He is very meticulous with the work that was done, and we appreciated that so much. Also, wanted to thank David Toews, project manager, Christine Schmidt, designer, Tim Phillips & William Hundley, carpenters, and Aaron Haney, drywall/painter. We were impressed not only with their trade, but they also took the time to respect our home, by laying down plastic & cleaning their spaces afterwards. Remodeling is always challenging, having people around daily. But, this team made it much more bearable & the finished bath is beautiful. I highly recommend Back Construction.

  The Back construction team was professional, timely, competent, careful, and respectful. From project development (Brian Biehn) to project management (Schon Holmon) and expert carpentry by Tim Phillips and Ryan Markland, we were thrilled with the end product. We were especially appreciative of the efficient project coordination with the other vendors.

  I called BACK Construction because I had heard of their excellent reputation. Initially, I was not aware of the wide variety of services they offer. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they could provide everything I needed. Mikael Miller, Project Developer, came to my home and went over in detail what would be done. Mikael is professional, personable, accessible, and extremely knowledgeable. He created an excellent, detailed proposal. Eric Reynolds, Project Manager, oversaw all of the different aspects of the process, Eric did a comprehensive, incredible job. He kept me informed regularly and was very accessible.He showed great attention to detail and kept the process moving in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Everything was excellently completed exactly as covered by the proposal. Serge Kirilyuk, Lead Supervisor, was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about him. He took care of several parts of the project. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. He went above and beyond, and took great care that everything was done well. He was a pleasure to work with. BACK provides good, skilled people to work in your home. Aaron Haney, Bluegrass Brush and Finish, was outstanding. He oversaw all done by his company and was readily accessible. Young Brothers Plumbing also was excellent. My experience with Back Construction could not have been better. From small handyman jobs to major renovation, they are one stop shopping. They took care of all the work my home needed, from handyman tasks to drywall repair to painting to new flooring installation. They inspire confidence and trust, and demonstrate that they care about the quality of their work and their customer service. I give them the highest of recommendations.
