Christine did a a fine job of designing the project within my budget. Tim Phillips, the lead carpenter, and the subcontractors were true crafsmen, and Shon Holman, the Project Manager, did an outstanding job of overseeing the work and keeping the project moving forward. I especially appreciated Shon’s skill and professionalism and his ability to deal effectively with the little glitches that inevitably arise during a remodel. It was a pleasure working with the entire Back team. Highly recommended.

The first time I called the representative said they would give my number to a contractor and they would give me a call back. I waited a month and heard nothing back. I called back and the lady said my name was on file and they would try again. Each time I called, I never spoke to a contractor and no one ever called me back. Either the job was not something they do or they didn't think it would pay to do it. Either way I decided to go with someone else. It's pretty sad that they can't even follow up on a phone call.
